Initial Discussion

The aim in this initial conversation is to share more about the opportunity, get to know you, beyond your resume, and better understand your career goals. We are also more than happy to answer any questions you may have about Vertical City and the role.

Career History Form

Next up, our People team will invite you to complete a Career History form. This form will allow us to understand your work experience in greater detail.

Interviews

You will have one to two interviews with your potential leader and team. These interviews will consist of learning about your work experience, technical and soft skills, career aspirations, and what you are looking for in your next opportunity. This is also a great time to ask any further questions regarding the role and Vertical City.
